- Do we need to install a video app?
- No. Lessons take place in the Limudigo classroom in your browser, with your Limudigo account. No other account is needed.
- Which devices work?
- A recent computer, tablet or phone with Chrome, Edge or Safari. Screen sharing may need a computer.
- When is my lesson confirmed?
- As soon as the payment provider confirms the payment to us. You will see it in your account, even if you closed the page.
- Can I cancel?
- In this demonstration, cancelling at least 48 hours ahead gives a full refund. The final policy will be published before launch.
- Can two parents share the account?
- Yes. Each guardian has their own login, with separate rights to view, book and pay.
- Does my child need an email address?
- No. A parent can manage everything; a student login is optional.
